Chow Down Uptown lives on East 7th Street — the pulsing center of Charlotte's Uptown scene. We opened our doors with one conviction: that the people who make your coffee and mix your cocktails should care as much as you do about what lands in front of you.
By day, we honor the craft of specialty coffee — single-origin beans, precise pulls, milk textured to silk. By night, the same dedication shifts to the bar: house-made infusions, seasonal cocktails, and a wine list that respects both the vineyard and the drinker.
